Mentor-Mentee Program 2024
- For potential mentees, this is a great opportunity to connect with a mentor who can offer you insight and advice– and help you navigate the next stage of your career. Seeking direction from mentors at the beginning of the new career and when growing your career could be incredibly useful. Learning from mentors' career journeys in organizational structure, workplace dynamics, and as firm leaders could bring new synergy to you.
- For potential mentors, this is a great opportunity to give back, become a great leader, and expand your network. We are calling for mentors to assist in the development of great minds looking to develop and succeed in a career in the clinical research industry. If you’re interested in helping increase diversity in clinical research and can spare 2-4 hours a month, we need you! We're looking for mentors in various areas of clinical research such as Regulatory, Data Management, Clinical Operations, Quality Assurance, and many more.
